Dianella, is a suburb in Perth, Western Australia. The area is part of the City of Stirling's local government area.

There was a narrow-leaved plant, Dianella revoluta, available in the area prior to residential development called Dianella.

Unlike the Banksia sandplain, the sandy soil in the area was not considered suitable for agriculture at the outset. By 1919, the only development in Dianella had occurred along Walter Road, a track leading to the dairy farms within the Morley area. Much of Dianella was subdivided in the 1880s by the Intercolonial Investment Company of Sydney. Inglewood, East Yokine, Morley Park, and Bedford Park were all part of Dianella. Dianella merged with them in 1958, which led to some growth.
