Embleton, is a suburb of Perth, Western Australia's capital city, located 7 km (4.3 mi) north of the city's central business district between the suburbs of Morley and Bayswater. Bayswater's local government area is the City of Bayswater.

Embleton is approximately 7 kilometres (4.3 mi) north of Perth's central business district (CBD), 15 kilometres (9.3 mi) east of the Indian Ocean, and occupies a 1 square kilometer (0.66 square mile) area. From the south and east, Bayswater is surrounded by Bayswater, from the west by Bedford, and from the north by Morley. According to the map, its borders roughly follow, in a clockwise direction, Broun Avenue, Coode Street, Beaufort Street, Drake Street, Rothbury Road. It is located between Maurice Street and Langley Road.

Embleton is located on the Bassendean Dunes, which formed approximately 800,000 to 125,000 years ago in the middle Pleistocene period. They form low-lying hills consisting of sands that are leached heavily and do not retain nutrients very well. In general, groundwater is found about 10 metres (33 feet) below the surface. As part of the greater Swan Coastal Plain, the Bassendean Dunes are located.
